As the Private Cloud Lead Program Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that both business-sponsored and internal programs/projects are planned, managed and governed in a consistent and disciplined manner, with a focus on high quality execution. The Program Manager is responsible for providing rigor to the PMO process and ensuring transparency of programs' progress toward clearly defined goals. The position interacts regularly with cross-functional stakeholders and contributes to management reporting, as such the role requires an experienced professional with the right mix of relevant experience and skills, an ability to flex between the strategic and the tactical, outstanding verbal and written communication skills, and a high level of organizational savvy and executive presence.

  • Collaborate with technical, delivery and management teams on the coordination of aggregated/integrated roadmap views, the tracking, planning and resolution of risks and issues as well as identifying and managing cross-functional dependencies
  • Facilitate the centralization and automation of reporting processes where possible and relevant; actively collaborate with partners across Product and IT to meet business goals
  • Establish procedures and monitoring controls with a mindset of continuous improvement while demonstrating strong ethical behavior
  • Create learning and development strategies to ensure consistent interpretation and application of procedures
  • Identify and drive opportunities to evolve the PM / Agile framework by iteratively implementing controls along with corresponding technology solutions to mitigate impact to overhead
  • Effectively use the tools required for managing programs and projects at DTCC and provide thought leadership for the growth of the toolset and functionality to aid in PM delivery
  • Work in a fast paced environment and communicate with both technical and management staff
  • Minimum 8 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience
  • Experience leading change in a Program Management setting
  • Capable of putting together and speaking to executive level presentations
  • Agile experience and certifications are a plus
  • People management, in particular PM / Scrum Masters
