Verrill is actively seeking an Associate to join our Private Clients & Fiduciary Services Practice Group in Greenwich, Connecticut. Our Private Clients & Fiduciary Services Practice Group is among the most experienced in New England. Our attorneys work closely with individuals and families to understand the clients’ priorities and goals and their intentions for the legacies they wish to achieve. The ideal candidate will have at least one (1) year of experience in aspects of estate planning, trust and estate administration and related tax work. Recent law school graduates might be considered if they have demonstrated an interest in estate planning by taking relevant coursework. The successful candidate will demonstrate superior writing and research abilities, along with strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills. They must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously while setting priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. A strong interest in building and maintaining long-term client relationships is essential, as the role involves direct client interaction. Occasional travel may be required based on business needs. Requirements
