What you will be doing: Lead engagements by meeting client needs with a sense of urgency. Develop recommendations and maintain client relationships by balancing client needs with other assignments and deadlines. Provide proactive advice based on knowledge of tax law, particularly within the private wealth and high-net-worth group. Demonstrate initiative to creatively solve issues in collaboration with the lead. Leverage technology to automate both internal and client processes to improve efficiency. Act as a mentor to younger staff and work directly with Senior Managers and Partners.
