About The Position

We are seeking a Private Client Account Manager to deliver exceptional service to our clients by managing an assigned portfolio of accounts. This role is critical in ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and the growth of Gallagher’s value proposition. Reporting to the Client Service Director or Supervisor, you will play a key role in achieving business outcomes and fostering a culture of excellence. Key Responsibilities: Client Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and proactive account management. Renewals & Sales: Lead the renewal process, secure existing business, and drive the sale of additional services and coverage lines. Problem-Solving: Resolve client issues promptly and effectively, escalating when necessary. Market Expertise: Develop strong relationships with carriers and identify the best markets for specific risks. Operational Excellence: Meet service timelines, leverage systems for efficiency, and ensure compliance with standards. Team Collaboration: Support Producers/Account Executives and coach Client Service Associates to foster growth and development. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
  • Producer's License.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Appropriate licensing as required.
  • Proven experience in account management, client service, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality service.
  • Knowledge of insurance markets and risk management solutions is a plus.
