The Private Client Relationship Manager works closely with a team that includes Private Client Financial Advisors and Certified Financial Planners®, ensuring that clients receive comprehensive support tailored to their unique financial situations. Your responsibilities will include acquiring new affluent clients, managing existing relationships, and delivering exceptional client experiences. You will conduct in-depth discovery conversations to understand clients' family dynamics, goals, and current financial situations, positioning yourself as their trusted advisor. By leveraging the full suite of Citizens' banking and lending solutions, you will help clients save and grow their assets, manage debt, secure their income, and prepare for their legacies. This role requires a proactive approach to client engagement, utilizing tools like Salesforce CRM to document interactions and build a robust business development plan centered on outreach and follow-up.
