The Private Client Practice Leader is responsible for managing and expanding a defined book of complex personal risk clients while driving new business and strategic relationship growth through intentional Centers of Influence (COIs). The manager is accountable for total book growth, new business premium targets, and the development and management of 10+ qualified Centers of Influence per quarter.
