The Private Client Office Banker is responsible for managing the experience for clients and prospects through all delivery channels within a Private Client Office. This role will provide white-glove service during each interaction, including, but not limited to service requests, inquiries, appointments and transactions. Front line private banker who handles routine banking transaction and customer interactions. Main responsibilities include: cash handing: depositing and withdrawing cash, cashing checks and handlings other customer requests. Acts as the point of contact for the Private Bank office and facilities. Ensures that security and compliance through following protocols to detect fraudulent transactions and maintain bank’s security.
