The Private Client Banking Relationship Manager (PCBRM) is responsible for managing high-value client relationships within the Private Client Banking portfolio. This role focuses on proactive business development, portfolio management, and delivering complex financial solutions to clients, ensuring significant growth in loans, deposits, and overall revenue.

  • Develop and execute an individual business plan for new client acquisition and business line referrals.
  • Achieve retention objectives and consistent portfolio growth in the Private Client Banking segment.
  • Drive significant growth in core banking portfolios, including loan and deposit production.
  • Deliver a distinctive client experience by leveraging the bank's unique value proposition.
  • Articulate and discuss all aspects of the bank's offerings and financial industry trends.
  • Understand clients' financial objectives through a purposeful discovery process.
  • Collaborate with JFG Business Partners to provide tailored solutions and expand client relationships.
  • Manage complex financial solutions in deposit and credit products, including communication and ongoing administration of client relationships.
  • Utilize the JFG CRM system effectively to manage client relationships.
  • Minimum of 6 years' experience in the financial industry in a client-facing business development role.
  • Demonstrated credit skills and understanding of cash flow management, balance sheets, income statements, and tax return analysis.
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in finance, accounting, economics, business management, or a relevant area of study preferred.
  • Relevant certifications such as CFP, CWS, CFTA, CFA, ChFC, and/or FINRA licenses are highly desired.
  • Advanced designation of CFP, CWS, CFTA, CFA, ChFC, CPA, or JD required for experienced Private Client Banking Relationship Managers.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office products.
  • Experience in financial planning in concert with Wealth Management advisors.
