As a Private Client Banker at Chase, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the banking experience for our affluent clients. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the main point of contact for a select group of clients, ensuring that they feel valued and welcomed. You will be tasked with managing their complete banking relationship, utilizing a proactive and disciplined approach to generate growth in their balances. This involves not only maintaining existing relationships but also actively seeking to acquire new clients through referrals and networking. Your commitment to diversity and inclusion will be essential in building lasting relationships with clients and colleagues alike. In this role, you will share the value of Chase Private Client with eligible clients, ensuring they are aware of the benefits available to them. You will actively manage their banking relationship through an advice-based approach, ensuring that each client receives the best products and services tailored to their financial needs. Collaboration with specialists, such as Private Client Advisors and Mortgage Bankers, will be crucial in connecting clients with experts who can assist with specialized financial needs. Additionally, you will enhance client convenience by promoting self-service options that allow them to access their accounts 24/7. Adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements is a fundamental aspect of this position. You will be expected to maintain compliance with the Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators, which includes a review of your criminal conviction history and credit report. Your continued employment will depend on your compliance with these regulations, as well as your successful registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) under the SAFE Act of 2008.
