As a Private Client Associate, you’ll play an integral role in the success of our branch and the growth of our clients’ financial futures. Working closely with our Janney Financial Advisors (FAs), you’ll help manage, market, and expand client relationships while ensuring an exceptional client experience. You’ll take initiative in organizing and implementing business development campaigns, assisting with operational needs, and serving as a key member of our client service team.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
  • Prior office or financial services experience preferred.
  • Licenses: Series 7, 63, and 65 (or 66) preferred — or ability to obtain within 12 months of hire.
  • Excellent client service and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Team-oriented mindset with high ethical standards.

Responsibilities

  • Build and foster strong client relationships by providing prompt, professional, and thoughtful service.
  • Proactively follow up on time-sensitive issues with clients and home office departments.
  • Deliver outstanding telephone and written communication.
  • Compose professional correspondence and ensure accuracy, clarity, and timeliness in all client interactions.
  • Use available tools and technology to manage time effectively and support FAs in driving business results.
  • Organize and execute productivity-based campaigns and respond quickly to FA and client needs in accordance with firm policies.
  • Create trust and collaboration through strong interpersonal skills.
  • Anticipate issues or concerns and alert FAs or branch management when appropriate.
