About The Position

As a Private Client Advisor you’ll be an ambassador for H&P by establishing and strengthening relationships with intermediary and direct clients. Your primary focus will be converting leads into client cases by delivering exceptional customer service, providing a premier onboarding experience, and offering world-class advisory services to both new and existing clients.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in business, economics, marketing, or related disciplines.
  • + 5 years of customer-facing investment, insurance, private bank or wealth management sales experience
  • Knowledge and experience with HNWIs is highly appreciated.
  • Strong international networks for business development.
  • Exceptional communication skills to engage with industry stakeholders.
  • Collaborative approach to build positive relationships and influence others.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, including tact and diplomacy.
  • Strong research and strategic analysis skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Ability to gather data and provide accurate client analysis for tailored solutions.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's or advanced degree are considered an advantage.
  • Multilingual and territorial-specific experience considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Actively represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, trade shows, webinars, and other external engagements to build relationships, expand market presence, and identify new business development opportunities.
  • Research, prepare and execute high-impact meetings with potential introducer's, intermediary partners and client prospects/leads
  • Provide client prospects with advice on residency & citizenship planning to ensure their objectives are met
  • Qualify prospects and undertake initial due diligence checks to assess suitability and mitigate exposure to operational risks
  • Collaborate with RMs to provide a world-class, industry leading client experience throughout the entire sales journey
  • High success rate of conversion of sales leads into clients of H&P
  • Meet and exceed the assigned jurisdictional annual sales targets
  • Actively grow existing contact database to identify new value creation opportunities
  • Maintain a high level of relevant industry and program knowledge in order to have meaningful conversations with prospects
  • Keep detailed notes on prospect and customer interactions with full and effective use of the CRM system
