As a Private Client Producer, you’ll work closely with clients to provide tailored insurance solutions that meet their unique needs. In this role, you’ll connect with new and existing clients to understand their personal insurance needs and provide customized solutions. You’ll manage client relationships, ensuring they receive the best service and support. Working closely with your team, you’ll develop strategies to grow our client base and retain long-term relationships. You’ll also mentor colleagues, sharing your expertise to help them succeed. Every day, you’ll contribute to reducing risks and protecting what matters most to our clients.

Requirements

  • A knack for building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • The ability to explain complex insurance solutions in simple terms.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and seizing new opportunities.
  • Experience in managing client accounts and delivering excellent service.
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for helping others succeed.
  • Bachelor's degree, 1 year related experience, and appropriate insurance licensing required OR Bachelor's degree, participation in Gallagher's Sales Internship Program (GSIP), and appropriate insurance licensing required OR High School Diploma/GED and 6 years experience.
  • Act independently with minimal direction.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Professional designation may be preferred, including CEBS, CPCU, CIC or ARM.
