HUB is the 5th largest global insurance and employee benefits broker, providing a broad array of property, casualty, risk management, life and health, employee benefits, investment and wealth management products and services. With over 20,000 employees in 600 offices throughout North America, HUB has grown substantially, in part due to our industry leading success in mergers and acquisitions. The position involves managing a book of personal line insurance business, including accounts for affluent clients and farm & ranch accounts, while acting with a degree of independent discretion, autonomy, and decision-making. Responsibilities include preparing annual review reports, conducting client meetings, and working closely with sales producers and other HUB team members on all aspects of client service, marketing, and renewal. The role also involves overseeing the preparation and implementation of all transactions, paperwork, and internal processing for assigned accounts, acquiring an understanding of clients' insurance objectives, and acting as a liaison between clients and insurance carriers to resolve service issues. Additionally, the position may require negotiating with underwriters and carriers, troubleshooting claims and billing issues, developing new business from existing accounts, and identifying cross-selling opportunities.
