The position involves managing a book of personal line insurance business, including accounts for affluent clients and farm & ranch accounts, while acting with a degree of independent discretion, autonomy, and decision-making. Responsibilities include preparing annual review reports, conducting client meetings, and working closely with sales producers and other HUB team members on all aspects of client service, marketing, and renewal. The role also involves overseeing the preparation and implementation of all transactions, paperwork, and internal processing for assigned accounts, acquiring an understanding of clients' insurance objectives, and acting as a liaison between clients and insurance carriers to resolve service issues. Additionally, the position may require negotiating with underwriters and carriers, troubleshooting claims and billing issues, developing new business from existing accounts, and identifying cross-selling opportunities.

  • Manages a book of personal line insurance business, including accounts for affluent clients and farm & ranch accounts.
  • Prepares annual review reports and conducts client meetings to review the insurance program and make appropriate recommendations for improvements.
  • Works closely with sales producer and other HUB team members on all aspects of client service, marketing, and renewal.
  • Oversees the preparation and implementation of all transactions, paperwork, and internal processing for assigned accounts.
  • Acquires understanding of clients' insurance objectives and critically analyzes and compares insurance plans to determine suitability.
  • Acts as liaison between clients and insurance carriers to resolve service issues.
  • May negotiate with underwriters and carriers.
  • Troubleshoots claims and billing issues.
  • Develops new business from existing accounts and assigned leads.
  • Identifies and follows-up on cross-selling opportunities when appropriate.
  • Experience working with high net worth insurance carriers, including Chubb, is preferred.
  • Experience working with large Personal Lines accounts and affluent clients preferred.
  • Experience working with farm & ranch accounts preferred.
  • Experience and demonstrated proficiency in an insurance Account Management role.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills.
  • Superior customer service and problem solving skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with computer systems, including but not limited to Microsoft Office and automated agency management systems.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • High School diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Current with all necessary CE credits in required lines and states.
  • Holds current Texas General Agents License.
