About The Position

Hawley Homecare GO! is seeking dedicated PRN caregivers to provide non-medical home care services to seniors in Albuquerque and surrounding areas. The role involves assisting clients with daily living activities, transportation, and companionship, ensuring a high quality of life for seniors in their homes.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• At least 2 years of experience in senior home care
• Ability to pass a strict background check and MVR check
• Reliable and clean transportation with valid vehicle insurance
• Must be punctual and attentive to clients' needs
• Professional and respectful demeanor while on shift
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs

Nice To Haves

• Experience with medical equipment such as wheelchairs and Hoyer lifts
• Organizational skills
• Cooking skills

Responsibilities

• Transport clients to appointments and errands
• Assist clients with mobility and incontinence care
• Provide bathing assistance and light house cleaning
• Offer companionship and respite care
• Change bed sheets and assist with transfers
• Complete all activity notes prior to shift end
