First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking an experienced, customer-focused Private Banking Service Consultant to join our Private Banking Team at the Kapiolani Branch. As a Private Banking Service Consultant, you will work closely with the Private Banking Officers to provide exceptional customer service, sales, and operational assistance for high-net-worth clients. You will assist with general administrative support and overall coordination and maintenance of banking relationships to these customers. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience in customer service required.
• Minimum of 1 year in operations, customer service, and sales experience in banking required.
• PC skills including word processing and spreadsheets preferred.
• Effective interpersonal communication skills.
• Must be team-oriented.
• Adept in word processing and spreadsheets.
• Capable in the use and navigation of various Bank systems.
• Attention to detail with consistent and timely follow-through.
• Ability to implement decisions within authority while applying sound reasoning and judgment.
• Always presents a professional image and appearance.
