To learn more about CIBC, please visit CIBC.com As the Private Banking Regional Manager, you’ll lead, grow, and manage a team of experienced private bankers and advisors, driving business development and sourcing new opportunities for the organization. You’ll partner with Private Wealth Management, Private Banking leadership, and group practice leaders to develop and implement growth plans focused on loans, deposits, assets under management, and overall revenue. You’ll set the tone and pace for the market by actively participating in new client acquisition and retention, and by identifying business development opportunities for local teams — whether through direct market outreach, internal CIBC partnerships, or affiliated organizations. You’ll be accountable for the region’s balance sheet, profit and loss, and risk management metrics, ensuring portfolio quality and compliance. You’ll organize client acquisition campaigns, collaborate with internal and external partners, and act as an ambassador for CIBC Private Wealth Management at market events. To help deliver a great client experience, you’ll be expected to work on-site full-time.
