Work with a multiple Wealth Management Advisors in varying geographies on Private Bank households to achieve client retention. Conduct solo and joint client calls with WMAs as needed and assist them in efficiently servicing and providing securities solutions that align with client needs, financial goals and objectives. Maintain presence within the bank to develop strong relationships and credibility with internal and external clients. Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues while ensuring that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. Operate within the Bank’s risk appetite and achieve results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.
