About The Position

At Mabrey Bank, you’ll do more than process transactions — you’ll build lasting relationships and help customers reach their financial goals. As a Private Bank Relationship Banker, you’ll gain hands-on experience across personal banking, customer service, and teller operations, all while being part of a supportive, family-owned bank that invests in your growth.
This is a full-time, non-exempt position. Usual days and hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm. Hours vary depending on business needs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn banking systems and processes quickly.

Nice To Haves

• Previous banking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in both personal banking and teller transactions.
• Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, and account openings.
• Educate customers on banking products, digital tools, and services.
• Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in all daily operations.
