About The Position

Prowess Consulting is looking for a Privacy Project Manager with software privacy and privacy review experience to join our growing team. This is a full-time role that can be worked remotely, however, collaboration with teammates centered in the Pacific time zone will be essential. The role involves providing support for privacy consultations, conducting privacy reviews, and ensuring compliance with privacy standards.

Requirements

• 2-3 plus years’ experience as a Privacy Manager is required.
• Certified in Privacy certifications: CIPM/CIPP/CIPT highly desirable.
• Knowledge of global privacy laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for privacy consultations, including effectively communicating privacy-related information.
• Guide stakeholders on compliance requirements and direct them to appropriate resources for further assistance.
• Conduct privacy reviews, ensuring that organizational practices align with privacy standards and requirements.
• Support completion of new and updated Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs).
• Triage privacy incidents and execute Data Subject Requests (DSRs).
• Effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate privacy considerations into various business processes, systems, and initiatives.
