About The Position

The Privacy Operations Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting and coordinating Lenovo's Privacy & Data Protection Program. This position is responsible for enhancing the Privacy Compliance Platform, managing Data Subject Access Rights requests, and ensuring compliance with global legal requirements. The role also involves developing training resources and participating in various privacy initiatives to promote awareness and adherence to privacy standards within the organization.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of direct experience in supporting Privacy & Data Protection programs or compliance programs in large global enterprises.
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, Teams.
• Familiarity with at least one globally acknowledged tool for privacy management.
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.

• Experience working with external parties, including outside counsel and suppliers.
• Demonstrable project management skills and ability to see projects through to completion.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance Lenovo's Privacy Compliance Platform, including Privacy Assessments and Incident Management.
• Coordinate Lenovo's Data Subject Access Rights program, collaborating with case managers to fulfill requests efficiently.
• Support company-wide projects to design and execute privacy and data protection processes.
• Develop and maintain privacy and data protection education and awareness training for the Lenovo community.
• Participate in global Privacy & Data Protection Program projects and initiatives.
