About The Position

Handle complex privacy disputes, from data breach class actions to state and federal privacy law claims, plus regulatory and attorney general investigations. You’ll manage significant matters end -to -end, working closely with a nationally recognized litigation team.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of privacy litigation experience, ideally with class action and regulatory exposure
• Strong analytical, writing, and case management skills
• Member of the California or New York Bar
• Ability to present arguments clearly and manage multiple active matters at once
