We are seeking a creative, high-energy attorney with strong experience in privacy and technology who is interested in working at the intersection of law, business, technology, data, and consumers. Our team within the Allstate Law and Regulation department is growing to help the business thrive amid an evolving regulatory landscape and rapidly advancing technologies, including artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and data platforms. This attorney will provide real-time, business-focused privacy counsel across a broad range of businesses, technology-enabled products and services, emerging technologies, and complex compliance matters. The role will serve as a trusted subject matter expert and key business partner, bringing strong business acumen and hands-on experience advising on privacy issues related to AI, cloud environments, and data platforms. In addition to privacy, this role supports matters across the enterprise relating to artificial intelligence, technology, transactions, cybersecurity, commercial, risk management, and data management. This attorney will bring a collaborative, cross-functional approach to achieving effective business outcomes.
