About The Position
The US Privacy Office is responsible for the development, management, and oversight of the US Privacy Compliance Program. We work closely with Risk Owners and Oversight Functions to drive a culture of compliance with privacy related laws, rules, and regulations. The US Privacy Office leads and coordinates privacy related oversight by supporting and maintaining Privacy Notices and Policies, Privacy Event Management, Regulatory Change Engagement, Monitoring, Training and Awareness, and Issue Management and Reporting. The Privacy Compliance Governance & Operations Manager (US) provides advice and objective guidance/challenge for data privacy initiatives, and support privacy programs from a governance perspective. This role will perform review and challenge on Data Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs), assist in the remediation and reporting of privacy incident management, coordinate Privacy LMS training updates and completion rates, and oversee the Privacy Designate Mandate including list management and access. This role will have close interaction with key personnel, including senior management, in US Privacy, Global Privacy, Data & Analytics, and US business line Privacy Designates.
