The Genesee County Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring that all units of county government are in compliance with the rules and regulations governing HIPAA, PCI, CJIS, ADA and other applicable regulations. This individual will work closely with departmental leaders to identify, assess and mitigate compliance risks across all county programs and services to implement policies and procedures that protect the privacy and security of sensitive information and maintain compliance with federal and state regulations. Works under the general supervision of the Chief Information Security Officer and performs related duties as required.
