In our Office of General Counsel, you’ll be part of an organization that collaborates with outside counsel to operate as a global team and deliver world-class legal, tax and audit services to client groups throughout the company. In this position... You'll be a core contributor to our privacy operations team, directly impacting how we streamline processes and enhance the effectiveness of our privacy programs. Your efforts will ensure our operations are agile and responsive to a global landscape. This versatile role empowers you to manage key privacy program objectives, develop and maintain crucial privacy notices, and leverage analytics to track performance. You'll use data to inform decisions and continuously refine our privacy approach. You'll provide essential support across a wide range of privacy operational needs, offering you exposure to various facets of data protection. This adaptability will allow you to develop a well-rounded skill set and contribute to critical initiatives as they arise.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
  • 5 years of experience in an applicable field
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and manage project objectives.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining official notices or communications.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and tracking key performance indicators.
  • A strong understanding of fundamental privacy principles and practices.

Nice To Haves

  • Direct experience in privacy operations within a large, global organization.
  • Familiarity with privacy management software or tools.
  • Professional privacy certifications, such as CIPP (Certified Information Privacy Professional) or CIPM (Certified Information Privacy Manager).
  • Experience in a role requiring significant versatility and adaptability to changing priorities.
  • A proactive and analytical approach, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
