About The Position

The Privacy Analyst will support the Corporate Compliance Department by managing initiatives related to information privacy practices. This role involves conducting privacy training, developing procedures, auditing, monitoring, and risk mitigation planning. The analyst will analyze and respond to complex privacy scenarios, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other regulations, while providing education based on audit results.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years of experience in a healthcare privacy program.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong investigative, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of Federal and State privacy regulations.

Nice To Haves

• Certifications such as CHPC, CHPS, or CIPP/US preferred or commitment to obtain within one year of employment.
