About The Position

PAR is looking for a Privacy & AI Governance Senior Manager, reporting to the Vice President of Information Security & Privacy. PAR is an international, fast-paced, high-growth environment and our tech stack is cloud and SaaS first, with a limited on-prem footprint. Our ideal candidate will embrace diverse perspectives and exhibit integrity, leadership, security domain expertise, sound technical acumen, good business acumen, creativity, entrepreneurial spirit, and exceptional communication skills, all while keeping security and business objectives front and center. The Privacy & AI Governance Sr. Manager and the Information Security & Privacy team are primarily responsible for privacy and AI governance program components within the company’s broader information security and privacy program, including unified cybersecurity, data privacy & trust framework oversight, third-party risk management, customer assessment & inquiry response, trust center development & maintenance, and related inquiry resolution. While being a key resource for the entire company, the Privacy & AI Governance Sr. Manager should be a subject matter expert who partners closely with IT, Legal, Internal Audit, HR and the Research & Development product teams in delivering against the company’s overall information security and privacy program. Our products increasingly rely on data, automation, and AI—and we need a leader who can embed privacy and responsible AI governance into how we design, build, and ship technology at scale. We operate in a complex global regulatory environment (privacy, data protection, AI, and security), and we need a pragmatic expert who can translate evolving requirements into clear, actionable governance frameworks. As a B2B company serving enterprise customers, strong privacy and AI governance is a competitive differentiator—and we need someone who can help earn and maintain customer trust through credible, scalable programs. We’re growing quickly across SaaS and hardware offerings, and we need governance that enables innovation rather than slows it down—balancing risk management with business velocity. Our engineering, product, legal, and security teams need a trusted partner who can collaborate cross-functionally and influence without friction or bureaucracy. AI use across the company is accelerating, and we need dedicated ownership to define standards, oversight, and accountability for responsible development and deployment. We want to move from reactive compliance to proactive leadership in privacy and AI governance—and we need someone who can help shape that strategy alongside the VP of Information Security & Privacy.
