Additionally, you will resolve guest bills in collaboration with casino hosts, ensuring that all charges for food, beverages, and show tickets are accurate. Handling cash and credit transactions responsibly is essential, as you will be balancing all cash and cash equivalent transactions at the end of your shift. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, particularly in a guest-facing role, and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You will need to be adaptable, as the position requires working varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
