About The Position
As a Priority Check-In Agent (VIP Lounge Representative) at The Cosmopolitan, you will play a crucial role in setting the stage for an exceptional guest experience. Your welcoming smile and attentive service will be the first impression for our VIP guests, and it is your responsibility to ensure that their needs are met with the utmost care and professionalism. By understanding their unique stories and preferences, you will create memorable moments that enhance their stay and leave a lasting impression. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the VIP check-in and check-out process, ensuring it is efficient and seamless. You will facilitate a positive relationship between the property and the guests, addressing any concerns or requests they may have. Additionally, you will resolve guest bills in collaboration with casino hosts, ensuring that all charges for food, beverages, and show tickets are accurate. Handling cash and credit transactions responsibly is essential, as you will be balancing all cash and cash equivalent transactions at the end of your shift. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, particularly in a guest-facing role, and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You will need to be adaptable, as the position requires working varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. Your ability to create WOW moments for our guests will be key to your success in this position.
