Responsibilities

  • Prior authorizations on medications
  • Rooming patients taking vital signs: (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, height, weight)
  • Electronic medical record/computer skills: (access and record in patient charts, schedule, complete assigned tasks)
  • Rx refills/authorizations
  • Test ordering, authorizing, and recording
  • Giving injections
