Requirements

  • Must past color and mechanical test.

Responsibilities

  • Prior to shift, turn on light and equipment.
  • Assist with assigning operators/packers and techs to presses.
  • Give material handler product list to pull.
  • Setup Presses and assist print techs with setups
  • Verify all jobs with traveler, inspection report and sample folder.
  • Sign off on samples for each job run.
  • Assist with plate changes and set-ups.
  • Pull product from warehouse, as needed.
  • Perform minor mechanical repairs and maintenance.
  • Monitor techs to ensure they are following procedures.
  • Receive and log U.V. Inks or assign to packer.
  • All other duties assigned by Printing Supervisor.
