You’ll run a 6-color rotogravure press, ensure safety and quality standards, and contribute to a team focused on collaboration and continuous improvement. Requirements

  • Ability to distinguish colors accurately
  • Computer proficiency and willingness to learn new systems
  • Commitment to teamwork, safety, and quality

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years web handling and 2+ years rotogravure press experience
  • Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
  • Forklift certification (or ability to obtain)

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate rotogravure press to meet quality/productivity goals
  • Monitor color accuracy and print quality
  • Troubleshoot equipment and printing issues
  • Follow all safety and chemical handling procedures
  • Inspect and correct materials during production
  • Complete required documentation
  • Assist with training team members
  • Communicate with supervisors, maintenance, and co-workers
  • Maintain housekeeping standards and support process improvements
