Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service or an administrative role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Comfortable using computers, including Microsoft Office or Google tools.
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Able to work well with others, handle conflict professionally, and willing to learn.
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds

Nice To Haves

  • Basic knowledge of printing, publishing, or industrial office work, and ability to read a ruler or tape measure.

Responsibilities

  • Provide great customer service by reviewing purchase orders and understanding what each customer needs.
  • Enter and manage jobs in the system, create clear plans for production, and track orders to make sure they stay on schedule.
  • Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams by phone and email to answer questions and solve problems.
  • Order the right materials for each job and follow all company quality and safety guidelines.
  • Work well with others, help train new team members when needed, and occasionally travel to customer locations.
