About The Position
Gasch Printing, an industry leader in short run digital book manufacturing since 1982, is seeking Bindery Operators/Helpers to join our growing team. This position offers a unique opportunity to learn and operate the most automated equipment in today’s manufacturing industry, specifically within our print facility. Our company is nationally recognized for delivering high-quality books on time for publishers and associations across North America. As a Bindery Operator, you will be trained on the latest short run bindery equipment, including saddle stitching, perfect binding, spiral binding, case binding, cutting, and lamination. We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The role requires excellent communication and math skills, as well as basic computer proficiency. We offer both first shift (8 AM - 4 PM) and second shift (4 PM - Midnight) options, with pay varying based on experience.
