Hood Packaging Corporation is seeking an experienced Press Associate for our Sibley Iowa SCOPE OF POSITION Reporting to the Production Manager, this position assists the Operator with set-up and production of print materials. The Printing Associate position is essential to a smooth production flow in the printing operation. Ink and paper must be ready to go onto the machine when needed. Preparation for the next run is critical to reducing the amount of downtime during set-ups. A clean press, work area and department is necessary to maintain high levels of efficiency and quality. In the absence of the Printing Associate, the Printing Operator or Production Manager’s designate will assume the responsibilities of this position.
