About The Position

We are looking for a dependable Printer Operator to support our print production
operations. This role involves running print jobs, preparing materials,
performing basic troubleshooting, and keeping the work area organized and safe.
Printer operator will be handling roll feed and cutsheet printers. Able to
unload rolls from pallets and stage for processing. Manual bursting and cutting
down of documents.

Requirements

• Must have Basic PC skills and knowledge
• Must have a high school diploma or GED
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check successfully
• Must be able to pass a drug test successfully
• Ability to read and write in English
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic technical troubleshooting ability
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Prepare supplies and stage print workloads by priority at the start of each shift
• Submit and monitor print jobs on production printers
• Load and unload rolls of paper onto carts and printers
• Perform cutdown and/or burst processing of completed print jobs
• Clean printers and perform basic preventive maintenance
• Troubleshoot minor printer or workflow issues
• Restock supplies and managing recyclables in the production area
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace
• Meet production deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs)
