Site Overview: Indianapolis Device Assembly and Packaging (IDAP) is one of our largest and most diverse finishing sites, supporting multiple product platforms. The Printed Packaging Development group reports through the IDAP site and provides support to all US manufacturing sites. Position Brand Description: The Associate Director for Printed Packaging Development (PPD) leads the team responsible for establishing and executing the necessary processes to ensure all Printed Packaging Materials (PPM) are available for Indianapolis Device Assembly & Packaging (IDAP), Contract Manufacturing and other US sites. The PPD Associate Director will ensure alignment with regulatory, marketing and Global Supply Chain on priorities related to both routine and launch related PPM changes. The Associate Director will provide direction to his/her team such that the needs of the business are met within established timelines and that the end product meets compliance aspects.
