Lockheed Martin Space in Littleton, Colorado is seeking a full-time Printed Circuit Board Laboratory Analyst. In this role, you will support Lockheed Martin Space programs with required testing on bare printed circuit boards and PCB coupons to assess workmanship quality with comprehensive use of acceptance criteria for assessing structural integrity. The successful candidate will have training and experience and/or knowledge of materials, test methods, and test equipment. Requirements

  • IPC-A-600 familiarity or prior PCB experience and/or training (handling, inspecting, and structural integrity evaluation).
  • Experience or coursework in a laboratory environment and/or electronics technician experience.
  • Must be a US Citizen.

Nice To Haves

  • Associates degree in related discipline or equivalent experience, and/or technical training.
  • IPC-A-600 Acceptability of Printed Boards Training and Certification, Certified IPC Specialist (CIS), with Knowledge and Workmanship Modules as follows: #2 Externally Observable Characteristics, #3 Internally Observable Characteristics, and #4 Miscellaneous and Cleanliness.
  • Experience with IPC-6012, IPC-6013, and familiarity with similar industry standards to include applicable space addendums.
  • Experience with “Prepping samples to be cross-sectioned, Including abrasive grinding, polishing and microscopic inspection.
  • Ability to read and understand part drawings and PCB coupon maps.
