This role is essential to keeping customer orders moving efficiently and accurately through printing, cutting, assembly, and shipping. Requirements

• Experience in a warehouse, print shop, manufacturing, or production environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to follow work orders, schedules, and safety procedures
• Reliable, team-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday
• Comfortable working in a print shop and warehouse environment

Nice To Haves

• Basic data entry or inventory tracking skills a plus

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prioritize print, cutting, and assembly work orders
• Prepare, stage, and move materials for production and shipping
• Maintain inventory accuracy and organize finished products
• Inspect orders to ensure accuracy and quality before shipment
• Safely operate print shop and cutting equipment
• Work closely with sales, production, and shipping teams
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
