About The Position

The Finishing Associate helps with finishing and mail processing equipment for the company’s in-house print shop includes setting up and monitoring equipment, as well as quality checking the finished products. This role is responsible for high-quality, on-time work with accurate piece counts for fulfillment. The ideal candidate is hands-on, highly organized, and motivated to complete tasks efficiently in a high-volume fulfillment environment. This position is onsite at our Richardson, TX location.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in print production or in-house fulfillment operation.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, tight deadlines, and fluctuating demand with calm competence.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Complete non-automated work such as hand inserting and metering mail.
• Set up and operate finishing and mail processing equipment.
• Read and interpret job tickets to determine the type of work to be done, the quantities to be produced, and the materials needed.
• Prepare mail for delivery to post office and/or third-party delivery services with correct labels and packaging.
• Complete jobs in priority order while ensuring adherence to turnaround times, deadlines, and service levels.
• Continually monitor quality and equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Follow quality control standards.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment.
• Provide a high-level of customer service and professionalism when interacting with vendors and team members.
