About The Position

Ensure that all processed jobs are printed in a manner that meets the Quality Control standards while also meeting volume/efficiency expectations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar mail facility with working knowledge of both Xerox and OCE printers.
• Must possess the ability to read and write English.

Responsibilities

• Print all letter jobs as they are spooled to the OCE, Ricoh and/or Xerox printers. This includes re-prints, samples, and test jobs for programming.
• Quality inspects print jobs as they are printed and assist with the QC procedures for all jobs coming off the print machines.
• Assist mechanic with loading proper stock for print jobs and set-up/adjustment of folder/cutters as needed.
• Record/enter data according to company SOP at the beginning and end of print jobs (spool files).
• Obtaining stock from WIP area to ensure timely print of jobs received from Computer Room.
• Change form rolls as appropriate at the start of new jobs.
• All other tasks as assigned by supervisor, manager, or Senior Management.
• Will comply with all current and future security and compliance requirements.
