PIP Marketing, Signs, Print, a Printing, Marketing and Sign shop, is currently seeking a self-motivated, independent, reliable individual. Do you have experience with sign and graphics production? As a Print Production Specialist, you will be responsible for all aspects of the physical production of digital print and/or signs. The ideal candidate has experience with sheet fed digital presses , large format inkjet file prep, production, finishing, as well as installation . Position is full time Monday-Friday with occasional overtime. You will work in a systems-based environment with high attention to quality, detail, and deadlines.

Requirements

• A Minimum of 3 years in the Digital Print & Sign Industry
• Follow job specifications with an eye for detail & quality.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Able to work an 8-hour shift.
• Quickly Learn & Execute Internal Proprietary Systems & Workflow Methodology.
• Problem Solving & Multi-Tasking in a Fast-Paced Environment.
• Knowledge of Hardware, Hand Tools & Sign Installation Methods.
• Positive & Supportive Team Communications.
• Self-Manage & Execute Daily Responsibilities.
• Career Orientated with a Passion for Our Industry.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of direct mail software and practices, a plus.
• Assist with job packaging as needed.
• Comply with all OSHA safety requirements.
• Experience with PrintSmith or PrintersPlan

Responsibilities

• All aspects of digital printing, sign production & installation, and bindery.
• You will operate flatbed, contour cutter, as well as various other finishing devices.
• Working on multiple projects at the same time.
• Working within a deadline-driven industry.
• Having incredible attention to detail.
• Possessing the skill-set to work out some technical problems with computers as well as the printers.
• Communicate with our team members to ensure a complete understanding of the order.
