About The Position
Jiffy is looking for a Print Partner Operations Manager to run and optimize our nationwide printer network. This role is all about driving performance across our print partners — making sure they consistently hit quality, speed, and fulfillment targets, and stepping in quickly when things go off track. You’ll lead key network initiatives, manage escalations, and be the primary contact for our strategic partners. We need someone who can balance the details (like printer utilization and cost negotiations) with big-picture thinking to help scale and strengthen our print network as we grow. This role sits on the Operations team and reports to the Sr. Director of Operations.
