About The Position

At Fiserv, a successful Print Operator ensures the seamless operation of printing equipment, maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency. This role involves setting up and running high-volume printers, performing routine maintenance, and troubleshooting issues to ensure timely delivery of printed materials. Our Print Operators are integral to producing exceptional printed products for our clients.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience operating high-volume printing equipment.
• Proficiency in setting up and maintaining printing machines.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform tasks requiring standing, bending, and repetitive motions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic math skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with digital printing technology.
• Familiarity with printing software and color calibration.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-volume printers made by Ricoh, Canon, and HP to produce quality printed materials.
• Set up and calibrate printing machines according to job specifications.
• Monitor print jobs to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met.
• Perform routine maintenance on printing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve printing issues promptly.
• Maintain organized and clean work areas, complying with all safety and quality standards.
• Complete production reports and communicate job status to supervisors.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of printed materials.
