Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role Manage manufacturing and/or production operations including assembly, machinery, processing, and/or packaging Set production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, materials supply, staffing resources, and volume required to meet demand, ensuring maximum production quantity and quality Manufacture electronic, electromechanical, and mechanical systems, parts, or components corresponding to the specifications - for both series production and prototypes or single production Debug and troubleshoot failed electronic components, assemblies, and systems using test equipment and schematics, with relevant experience or alternative pathways welcomed Compile and maintain test-related documentation including test plans, procedures, results, and reports Work within standard operating procedures and/or scientific methods Work with a moderate degree of supervision

Requirements

  • Ability to work within standard operating procedures and/or scientific methods
  • Comfortable working with a moderate degree of supervision
  • Able to support and guide new team members, apprentices, or trainees
  • 5 years of relevant completed vocational/professional training, and additional subject-specific experience (5 years), or additional subject-specific qualification
