About The Position

This role supports a combined Print and Mail operation and requires hands-on experience in both functions, with an emphasis on printing. The ideal candidate will be customer-facing, detail-oriented, and proficient with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Print operations (required)
• Experience in mail/shipping processes
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Comfortable using a PC and navigating standard software applications

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage printing equipment and processes
• Handle mail operations, including FedEx processing and basic shipping procedures
• Interact with internal clients, providing excellent customer service
• Support reporting and documentation needs using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
