Print/Finishing Technician I
About The Position
All Technicians are required to uphold a safe and clean work environment. Assigned primary role as Print Technician or Finishing Technician and will support the operation by flexing and relieving co-workers in the other roles and across operating areas (MLS - Metals / PLS - Plastics). Operational Excellence Maintains a safe work environment and culture in manufacturing Follows all company policies and procedures. Raises concerns to supervisor or manager related to safety, hazards, procedures and policies. Delivers operational excellence through focused and quality performance Ensure all environmental and safety procedures are followed. Meet quality goals and standards. Maintain 5S standards in his/her area of direct responsibility. Oversee the flow of product through his/her area of responsibility. Aid in the development of production work instructions Equipment Care Work with Engineering and Facility Maintenance to keep equipment, tools and fixtures clean, maintained and in best working condition Provides immediate feedback on equipment, tool and fixture performance
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.
- Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
- This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S. person status. ITAR defines U.S. person as an U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.
