The Team Lead will work closely with Operations Leadership to help coach and lead the 2nd shift team. This person will be a solution-oriented person who will take the initiative to deliver high quality products and services. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Ops Leadership team to create priority for all of 2nd shift
• Oversee and provide clear direction to the team
• Assist with daily backlog execution – Ship Todays
• Oversee fabrication and kit pack projects
• Ensure daily and job metrics are 100% complete and accurate
• Execution of RTO for 2nd Shift
• Identify, prioritize and complete daily tasks to meet business and operational deadlines
• Drive all safety initiatives through leading by example and training
• Help administer cross training and use the skill matrix to make decisions that help achieve both short and long-term labor goals for operations
• Preparing materials for shipment within proper guidelines
• Utilizing various shipping software to accurately process shipments
