The Company: Czarnowski is one of the four studios of the Czarnowski Collective. It combines operations, strategy, design, and fabrication to create exhibits and events that engage communities, generate brand enthusiasm, and educate consumers. The Purpose: We’re looking for individuals eager to learn or advance their graphic printing production skills. This is a great opportunity to join our print production team in a friendly work environment within a fast-paced industry. The Job: Responsibilities include: Printer: MS JP4 EVO o Print via Caldara RIP program o Verify proofs, due dates, sizes, and finishing o Check for spot color matches o Load file from server for ripping, double check color and seam location if needed o Load paper and Ink as needed, manage ordering and inventory processes for supplies o Conduct Scheduled Maintenance on printer. o Some Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop knowledge a plus. Heat Press: Monti Antonio 91 o Select proper fabrics for each project, load fabric and paper as needed. o Inspect all transferred fabrics for flaws. o Conduct routine maintenance o Help keep fabrics, printer room and work area clean at all times. o Digital Cutter: Kongsberg C64 o Software – i-Cut o Conduct Maintenance Assist other team members when available. The Person: The right candidate will possess the following skills: o Team oriented, willing to offer help and ask for help when needed o Strong written and verbal communication skills o Attention to detail, strong organizational techniques, and a good work ethic. o Experience with Grand format printing and print transfers. o Computer literate, technically savvy. Willing to work overtime, including weekends and Holidays. Able to lift 50+ pounds.
