Storytelling & Brand Communications Develop stories and messaging that highlight the property, team, guest experience, and community partnerships. Write and edit copy for brochures, one-sheets, wedding/meeting collateral, community features, and internal campaign briefs. Maintain brand voice consistency across materials and ensure Hilton brand compliance. Print Media & Collateral Ownership Identify, evaluate, and coordinate print opportunities (local magazines, visitor guides, community publications, sponsored features). Help manage the print production process: timelines, creative coordination, proofs, vendor relationships, distribution plans. Create and maintain a library of up-to-date collateral for Sales/Catering (group one-sheets, wedding packets, meeting promos, seasonal offers). Community Marketing & Outreach Build and maintain relationships with local partners (Chamber of Commerce, Convention and Visitors Bureau, nonprofits, event organizers, community groups). Coordinate sponsorships and community involvement aligned to business objectives and brand positioning. Represent the property at community events and collaborate on on-property activations. Will be assigned a Community Outreach List to connect with local businesses, keep them informed of upcoming events, and promote any special opportunities. Reporting & ROI Tracking Deliver monthly reporting on print placements, costs, estimated reach/circulation, and outcomes (inquiries, promo redemptions, partner referrals). Build simple tracking methods (unique promo codes, QR codes, trackable URLs) to connect offline activity to results. Cross-Functional Support Partner with DOS/Sales/Catering/F&B to align collateral and print schedules with need dates and business priorities. Coordinate with the Social/Digital Manager to ensure stories and campaigns are consistent across channels.
