Print Consultant & Trainer
About The Position
As a Xeikon Print Consultant, your goal is to increase the productivity and the print volume of our customers by offering services, tools and options that help our customers increasing their business. You will be responsible to implement the concept and to set up the processes. You will join or lead meetings with our customers and provide consultancy and training services as well. Your technical contribution is important to improve the use of Xeikon presses by our customers. Your job area is in the field, with our customers in close cooperation with our Sales and Service teams. You support and drive our local organizations to implement the actions that are required to develop additional business with our customers.
Requirements
- Proven success in a Customer Service, product management or business development environment
- Experience with digital printing industry
- Combination of communication skills, commercial flair and technical reference
- Excellent analytic skills, quick learner of technical data
- Strong customer focus and commitment to teamwork with internal and external partners
- Strong MS Office skills, especially in Excel and Word
- Self-supporting, flexible, stress resistant
- Cost conscious, pragmatic
- Prepared to travel world-wide for up to 75% of your time
- English; any additional language is a plus

Responsibilities
- Analyze business situations of Xeikon customers
- Define and implement improvements to generate additional print volumes
- Provide consultancy for workflow and productivity improvements
- Guide Xeikon colleagues in the commercial offer and the execution of consultancy to our customers
- Deliver technical expertise in use of Xeikon presses
- Operator training
- Media scripting
- Color management training
- Cost awareness and cost efficiency
- Develop new products by implementing new technology and features.
- Organize a structured follow up to assure the success of the delivered services
